Donya Quixote doesn’t update this blog as much as she would like, but wants to extend her thanks to those who are still visiting and reading.
She has quit her first corporate job, and is currently pursuing her MA in Creative Writing at UP Diliman, majoring in Fiction.
She has been blogging since 2004. This blog is personal, but she never writes about anything too private anymore because it makes her uncomfortable when her relatives suddenly know everything about her crushes and that time she made an ass of herself at work.
She thinks writing about herself in the third person is awkward and wonders how many bloggers who write about themselves in the third person have to bring the reader’s attention to how they are writing about themselves in the third person because she’s meta like that.

I sleep next to a copy of Don Quixote. When I have trouble sleeping I sometimes open it up and read a random chapter. But I haven’t actually gotten around to reading it from start to finish yet.
